Glass Screen Printing Workshop

Saturday 11th May, 10.30am - 1pm
In this introductory class, learn how to screen print on glass with enamel and make your own set of three glass decorations or a pair of coasters.
You will be shown the process of making hand-cut paper stencils to print a geometric repeat pattern, use stamps or make your own freehand design. Helen will demonstrate how to apply coloured and metallic enamels and add texture to your piece with fused glass detail.
After the session, your pieces will be kiln-fired and have any fixings added. They will be ready within a few weeks for studio collection or posted to you.

Suitable for anyone aged 14+ from complete beginners to those with some experience in printing or fused glass. Tickets include all materials, tea coffee and biscuits on the day and kiln firings after the workshop.
