Creative Director
3.5 days per week, full-time salary £35,493 (pro rata)

MCAD is looking for an ambitious, inspirational, resilient and inclusive Creative Director to lead the charity strategically and operationally as we embark on our next chapter. The successful applicant will join us at a crucial time to influence, lead and develop our strategy and team, delivering a broad-based programme of exhibitions, creative and community activities for all ages and ensuring that Manchester as a city can take a leading role for craft in the region and nationally.

We are working towards a Board that is representative of the diversity of modern Britain, and that more closely reflects the diverse communities we work with and alongside. A personal love of the arts and learning is fundamental as is a commitment to inclusion.

At this exciting and critical time in our organisational journey, we need a Chair who can drive MCAD into its brave and bold new future. The role will require strong leadership and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
