Cocoa & Bloom was born out of frustration at the amount of unnecessary chemicals and packaging used in on-the-shelf Chocolates. The Artificial preservatives needed to make chocolates sit on a shelf for two years are not good for our bodies, and the packaging used to keep them fresh definitely isn’t good for our planet.
So we keep it simple, Chocolates made with natural, fresh fillings packed in reusable eco-friendly tins.
Funky, Fresh and Sustainable.
The cafe at Manchester Craft and Design Centre will take these environmental credentials and extend them across a delicious new menu and a curated selection of hot drinks.
