Space 2
Our activity room, Space2 is perfect for meetings, seminars, workshops, exhibitions and projects. Situated on the ground floor, it is the ideal space to stimulate discussion, promote creativity and focus the mind.
Space2 is available for hire, half days (10am – 1pm or 2pm – 5pm), full days (10am – 5pm).
We can arrange bespoke bookings outside of these hours.
Maximum capacities are as follows:
• Theatre-style seating – maximum 20 people
• Table seating – maximum 12 people
• Creative workshops – 12 people
Manchester Craft & Design Centre is situated in the heart of Manchester’s bustling, creative Northern Quarter. It’s just 5 minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Gardens, and easily accessible from all major transport routes, including Victoria and Piccadilly Stations and Shudehill Interchange.

Install Pop-up Studio
Our pop-up studio, Install is our studio dedicated to pop-up / studio hire. It is also perfect for small meetings and one to one workshops.
Situated on the ground floor, it is the ideal space to bring your business to the customers of Manchester Craft and Design Centre, and to try out your online business in person.
Install is available for hire:
Half day (10-1pm or 2-5pm) to up to three months (10am – 5.30pm) Monday – Saturday (and the first Sunday of every month).
