Asking yourself who/what/how and why questions relating to your craft business can help you find clarity for your brand. For each specific problem you face, try this format with expansive questions.

For example, are you unclear about where to sell your product? Use the questions to be creative in finding solutions…

  • Who are your ideal customers?
  • How could you reach them? (Do you need to approach next stockists?)
  • What motivates them to buy? (Quality? Price? Unique items? Customer service?)
  • Why would they buy from you? (Your face to face approach? Guarantee on product? Unique offering?)
