Join us for Manchester Clean Air Day, a special event in partnership with Manchester City Council, raising awareness about the impact of indoor air pollution on our health and the environment.

As part of the day’s activities, we’ll be hosting:

Cyanotype Bookmark Making Workshop
11:00 – 15:30 | Space2 (Ground Floor)
BOOK HERE
This event is free, but places are ticketed. A suggested donation of £2 is welcome to support future community activities.

Led by artist Victoria Glover of The Cyan Studio, this drop-in workshop introduces you to cyanotyping – a traditional photographic printing process that uses sunlight to create striking blue and white prints. You’ll create your own one-of-a-kind bookmark using natural materials such as leaves, lace, and other playful shapes.

This is a family-friendly activity, suitable for all ages. All materials are provided, and you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase Victoria’s new book Cyanotype: Learn in a Weekend.

Plant Swap
12:00 – 13:00 | Community Hub

Bring a healthy plant and swap it for something new. Whether you’re a seasoned plant parent or just getting started, it’s a great way to refresh your indoor jungle and share the green love with others in the community.

We hope to see you there for a day of creativity, conversation, and clean air awareness.
