Dave K Goodwin – Wins the first ever Art Battle Manchester

We are delighted to announce that our very own resident artist Dave K Godwin was recently chose as the winner of the first ever ‘Art Battle Manchester’

Dave not only won the coveted prize he also gave all the money from the auction of his painting to local homeless charity – Mustard Tree.

Arts Battle Manchester – A new spectator sport comes to Manchester – live competitive painting. Some of the UK’s bravest artists have been tasked with creating a masterpiece in only 30 minutes while 200 movers & shakers circulate and watch the art evolve. The audience will play their part, deciding which artist should progress to the grand final at the end of each round, by voting for their favourite piece.
