Workshop: Screen printed glass panel or coasters
10am – 12.30pm, booking via Helen Tiffany Glass
Explore the unique process of enamel screen printing on glass and make your own hanging glass panel or set of coasters. two coasters.
This half day course will take place in our dedicated workshop room. Suited to both beginners and those with experience of glass making or printing, you will learn the principals of screen printing and fused glass.
In classes of up to 12 people you will be guided through the process of making stencils before printing on to glass using coloured glass enamels and adding raised decoration with powdered glass.
Everything you need to create you own unique prints prints will be provided on the day but you are welcome to bring inspiration or drawings along to the workshop if you have a specific design in mind.
All materials and kiln firings are included in the ticket price and complimentary refreshments will be provided. You will have the opportunity to make either one hanging panel or two coasters during the session.
Finished pieces will be fired in the kiln one to two weeks after the workshop and can be collected from Helen’s studio or posted on for an £8 charge.
