NQ After Dark – Unit X @ New Century House
THURSDAY NIGHT ONLY
Manchester School of Art’s Unit ‘x’ exhibitions are a celebration of the creative talent and dynamic energy that Manchester is so well known for.
Students have worked in partnership with staff and partner organisations to create a range of creative and exciting art installations, exhibitions, films, designs and projections in new and unusual locations.
Unit ‘X’ is an innovative way of teaching, bringing students from different disciplines together to work with museums, galleries, companies, public sector, communities and creative professionals.
The quality, range and diversity of the work on display is ample evidence of the city’s continuing vibrant, creative pulse.
Working in groups on diverse range of briefs with a variety of partners, these exhibitions turn 4 floors of the former Co-op offices into exciting and unusual creative spaces.
