Materialise: A Showcase of Five Young Makers
An exhibition of young makers co-curated by Manchester Craft & Design Centre and the Creative Agents at 42nd Street, a Manchester charity supporting young people aged 11-25 with emotional wellbeing and mental health.
Materialise showcases the work of 5 young UK-based artists, makers and designers – chosen via an open call competition, spanning 3 disciplines – textiles, ceramics, and wood. Each artist approaches their craft in an unexpected and exciting way, which intrigued the Creative Agents.
