Makers Dozen Collaborate Launch Event
Thursday 17th July
FREE – all welcome
Join us as we launch our new exhibition, ‘Makers Dozen Collaborate’.
There’ll be a chance to meet the Dozen and their collaborators, tuck in to some collaboration-inspired refreshments, and enjoy the new exhibition accompanied by Ailsa McLaggan DJ-ing.
Makers Dozen are an ever evolving group of makers, artists and designers. In responding to exhibition briefs, Makers Dozen provide a platform for designers to bounce off each other, learn new skills, and gain much needed exposure.
This exhibition at MCDC is the culmination of collaborative exchange between makers and their creative partners. ‘Collaborate’ promise innovative and exciting work spanning product design to fine art, and creative responses to the theme of “collaboration” in ways which will tickle and delight.
