Introduction to Watercolour
9 February 2019 — 14:00 to 17:30 — £60
If you would like to try out watercolours in a relaxed and informal setting, you will enjoy this workshop.
You will be looking at fresh flowers and the techniques you can use to capture their beauty.
Sue will show you how simple brushstrokes can create petals, leaves and stems, enabling you to play with the brush until you are happy to start painting flowers.
You’ll explore colour mixing and colour theory, allowing you to create great colour combinations and paint simple flower studies to take home.
All materials provided, but feel free to bring along your own brushes if you prefer.
