Introduction to Floristry
Saturday 4 August
Time: 11:00 to 13:00
Price: £45
For those of you who love flowers, join us in a flower filled day to learn some beginners floristry skills and techniques that can be used time and time again. Whether you’re considering a move into the floristry industry or just want to have a better knowledge of how to care for and arrange your flowers, this is the course for you!
Grace will guide you through a hand-tied bouquet making technique and each student will make a beautifully arranged seasonal bouquet, alongside learning some industry tips on how to care for and get the most out of your blooms. We will touch on techniques, tools and where to source flowers, as well as foraging advice and working with the seasons.
All tools and flowers will be provided with this workshop.
Please note: places will be limited so that we can concentrate on a small number of students. The workshop starts at 11am and runs for approximately 2hrs – times may vary slightly due to differences in individual making times. This workshop requires a minimum number of attendees in order take place – should this not be met, you will be issued a full refund or offered a place at our next workshop.
