How to have a great New Year
Saturday 16th January 2016, 10am – 5pm
space2, Manchester Craft & Design Centre
How can we create a meaningful and fulfilling new year despite life’s ups and downs and the turmoil in the world around us?
Wish Tree‘s brand new workshop ‘How to have a Great New Year- is about cultivating resilience, resourcefulness, balance, hope and direction for the year ahead.
You will not be writing New Years resolutions in this session – instead you will find out why they don’t work!
Our day together is about digging deep and looking at how you can make nurturing choices for your mind, body and heart in the year ahead, based on what truly matters to you. In essence – forego your usual January blues and make 2016 a year to remember!
Arrive with an open mind, a willingness to share, a pen and a notebook. Leave with new energy, focus and a vision for your brand new year that resonates deeply with you.
