Craft Unravelled – Artist Talk
June’s informal ‘Craft Unravelled’ talk will be given by Elizabeth Jane Winstanley, winner of our 8th MMU Graduate Solo Exhibition Award. Elizabeth will introduce you to her tactile installations and objects, explaining how her work grew out of the experimental Embroidery BA(hons) programme at MMU. Visitors will also have a unique chance to browse her sketchbooks and handle some of her artworks from the ‘Tactile Illusions’ show.
