How would you describe the items you produce?
Wall of Art is a gallery offering a selection of photography and digital art prints for art lovers and those looking for original wall art. We create photography and illustration prints in our studio at Manchester Craft & Design Centre on various media including canvas, high quality matte or glossy photo paper in contemporary frames. We offer bespoke and custom sized prints from our existing collection of prints, or by creating new ones based on our visitors requirements.

What are the things that have inspired, and continue to inspire, your work?
Our work is based on urban landscapes, people and travel, and explores the beauty and decay of cities, the messages and icons found on the streets in graffiti and signage, new perspectives of places, shapes and patterns. Our collection has documented city scenes and urban paraphernalia in Cuba, Berlin, New York, Las Vegas, London and Manchester.

What is the most memorable reaction you have had from a visitor about your work?
We get a lot of positive feedback about our work but it is always good to see people react to images that have some meaning to them, evoke memories of places seen and hear the stories behind them.

When you are not producing new work, what do you like to spend your time doing and why?
Finding new visual experiences, exploring the city, travelling, being with friends, going to the cinema, music venues and galleries.

Which other designers do you admire and why?
Manchester Craft & Design Centre is an inspiring and creative place to work and we admire other makers based here for their craftsmanship, skill and creativity.

If you were asked to describe the experience of visiting Manchester Craft & Design Centre to someone who has yet to come along, what would you tell them?
A unique destination for original, bespoke and handmade art and crafts.
