YARNBOMBING
In response to the exhibition, UK Craft Mafias, which ran here early in 2009, independent artists ArtYarn installed a yarn wrapping round the 1st Floor banister of the Centre to celebrate the many versatilities and techniques of knitting and crochet from around the world.
We want to Thank everyone who sent in their amazing designs from all over the world!The Yarnbombing project has now come to an end and we recieved so many different colourful strips for the project. We are going to be finding a new home for the strips and shall update you with details.
