Manchester Craft & Design Centre houses 18 studios of contemporary craft-workers and artists working in a range of media from ceramics, textiles and jewellery to photography and furniture.

The Centre provides a sympathetic working environment, encouraging the development of new and young businesses and supporting the growth of established businesses. As well as a thriving production space it is a professional retail centre, complete with café and host to a regularly changing programme of exhibitions and events.
